Parts Pricing & Margin Consulting

Raising margins. Strengthening your bottom line.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

I'm Adam
Kinshella.

I help industrial and equipment parts businesses understand where margin is being missed and what they can do about it.

I bring 14 years of experience in industrial distribution, equipment and power systems. My work combines parts pricing, analytics, data management and team leadership, with a practical understanding of branch operations.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

The work behind
the perspective.

These examples come from my previous corporate roles. They are experience credentials, not LineLift client results.

01 / TRANSACTION-LEVEL ANALYSIS

Finding the detail behind the margin.

Developed pricing intelligence across approximately one million invoice transactions, including price realization, price-volume-mix analysis, margin waterfalls, leakage and vendor-cost analysis.

Relevant to your review: following a high-level margin question down to the transactions and commercial terms that explain it.

02 / OPPORTUNITY IDENTIFICATION

Turning analysis into priorities.

Identified high-six- to seven-figure margin opportunities through customer, product and transaction analysis in prior corporate work.

These were opportunities identified, not a statement of realized savings. The same distinction is central to how LineLift presents findings.

03 / DATA & TEAM LEADERSHIP

Making better decisions repeatable.

Led a 13-person pricing and master-data team, supported product-data governance across millions of SKUs and helped reduce analytical workflows from days or weeks to hours.

Relevant to your review: understanding both the analysis and the definitions, ownership and routines required to use it.

MY APPROACH

The best finding is one
your team can understand
and act on.

I start by listening to how your business works: the customers you serve, the way prices are set and the practical limits your team operates within.

The data gives us a starting point. Conversations with your team help establish whether a pattern is a problem, an intentional decision or something that needs more evidence.

The aim is a specific action, a visible financial case and a next step with an owner. Designing a new pricing strategy, matrix or segmentation model is outside this review.

YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY.

Start with one good question.
